Publication of Fascicle 25 devoted to Laure Pigeon

L’Art Brut fascicles form a historically referenced series of publications launched by the French artist Jean Dubuffet in 1964. It was Dubuffet who first defined Art Brut and who set about assembling a collection of works under that heading.
Right from the start, these fascicles have been drawn up as monographs on various creators on display at the Compagnie de l'Art Brut in Paris and, later, at our Lausanne museum.

This series of leading importance now celebrates its fiftieth anniversary.
To commemorate this milestone, the Collection de l'Art Brut is releasing a special issue entirely devoted to the oeuvre of Laure Pigeon. Penned by Lise Maurer, the fascicle text also includes a preface by Sarah Lombardi.

The Collection de l'Art Brut is the only museographic institution to possess Laura Pigeon's works.
The publication can be purchased at the museum bookstore or ordered on the museum website
