The "Eugen Gabritschevsky" exhibition at the Maison Rouge, Paris, in collaboration with the Collection de l'Art Brut

Three international institutions – the Maison Rouge (Paris), the Collection de l’Art Brut (Lausanne) and the American Folk Art Museum (New York)  – joined forces to pay homage to the Russian-born Eugen Gabritschevsky, whose works—first collected by Jean Dubuffet—now belong to our holdings.

As the fruit of the above-mentioned partnership, the Eugen Gabritschevsky exhibition opened at the Maison Rouge, from Friday July 8th, 2016: it comprised  thirty works on loan from our holdings.
From November 2016 it will be showing at the Collection de l'Art Brut, where it will feature almost all of this creator's pieces belonging to the Collection —that is, some eighty-nine works— together with several works on loan from elsewhere.  End February 2017, the show goes on to the American Folk Art Museum of New York.
